A 60-acre site on Candler Road near Leeland Road could become home to a new office/warehouse complex if approved by county officials.
Land Group LLC is set to go before the Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC) with the proposal Feb. 17. The applicant is requesting that the county amend the zoning conditions for the tract “to allow additional warehouse/office buildings.”
Also on the agenda for that meeting is a rezoning request for 101 acres on Old Cornelia Highway at Cagle Road where a 248-lot subdivision is planned by The Revive Land Group LLC. The property is now zoned Agricultural Residential (AR). The applicant is requesting it be zoned Residential Mixed (R-X).
Six acres at McEver Road and Lights Ferry Road may be rezoned from Agricultural-Residential 1 (AR-1) to Planned Commercial Development (PCD) for unspecified uses.
And a piece of property on Tanners Mill Road near Weaver Road is the future site of a Ministry and Retreat Center if the county commission eventually approves the plans. The planning commission is also scheduled to consider that request Feb. 17.
