Gas prices held steady for the most part nationwide, across Georgia and in Hall County this past week, according to AAA.
“We could be heading into a period of relative stability when it comes to pump prices,” said AAA’s Andrew Gross. “Despite some reports to the contrary, the national average never fell below $3 this year, and it might not as a record 119 million people are forecast to travel this holiday season. And 107 million will go by car, which is a lot of fueling up.”
The average price of a gallon of regular unleaded is up a penny since last Monday in Hall County to $2.89. The statewide average held steady at $2.91. but the national average is $3.04, a two cents increase.
