*Jace Reeder, the manager of Fenders Diner and Fenders Alley in Cornellia, has been named Restaurant Manager of the Year by the Georgia Restaurant Association and will be recognized at the group’s annual awards banquet Dec. 9 at the Georgia Aquarium.
*A public hearing and first reading for a request for a conditional use permit for a Micro-Distillery in Flowery Branch will be held by the city council Dec. 19. The business would be located at 5540 Atlanta Highway.
