(GEORGIA NEWS NETWORK) – The judge in the Colt Gray case has announced plans to retire and a new judge has been appointed to hear the case. Gray is accused of killing four people at Apalachee High School. The case has been reassigned to Judge Sarah Griffie. Gray faces 55 charges, including four counts of murder, for the shooting that took place on Sept. 4. His father, Colin Gray, also faces charges for allegedly ignoring warning signs and purchasing the firearm used in the shooting. Both father and son have sought separate trials, with an arraignment set for November 21.
