A White County man has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide after he reportedly turned into the path of oncoming traffic last month on a Habersham County road and the resulting accident led to the death of an 84-year-old man.
WRWH reports that Anthony Ray Holland, 69, Cleveland, recently turned himself in at the Habersham County Jail.
J.B. Ramey, 84, a retired White County fire captain, who died about a week after the Oct. 14 accident, was a passenger in one of several vehicles involved in the accident which occurred on Georgia 365.
