S. Hall plant ordered to pay overtime

An Oakwood company is being ordered to pay 754 workers who were shortchanged full overtime

The U.S. Department of Labor says Primex has agreed to pay $154,000 in overtime and nearly $130,000 in government penalties for the “willful nature of the violations.”

The average payback comes at around $100 per employee.

Primex specializes in marketing plastic products.
