Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Warrant Service Unit deputies arrested a Flowery Branch man Tuesday
on additional child sexual exploitation counts stemming from an investigation that began last year. Deputies took Caleb A Moore-Rosario, 39, of Flowery Branch into custody at his residence on Bridle
Creek Drive.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“According to the latest investigative efforts in the case, Moore-Rosario possessed at least three
videos and two images of child sexual abuse material on an external hard drive. The newest charges,
five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor (felony), are the result of completed forensic processing
of the device, which was seized during a search warrant earlier this year.
Tuesday’s arrest is the second for Moore-Rosario in the Hall County Sheriff’s Office and Georgia
Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigation. He was first arrested April 30,
2024, on one felony count of sexual exploitation of a minor. The additional charges bring the total
counts to six.
Moore-Rosario was booked into the Hall County Jail, where he remained held without bond on
Wednesday afternoon…”
