In wake of the storms stemming from Hurricane Helene, Hall County Government facilities will reopen at normal business hours beginning Saturday..
The landfill, compactor sites, community centers, campgrounds, libraries and animal shelter will reopen at normal business hours on Saturday, while all other Hall County facilities will reopen at normal business hours on Monday.
“While the worst of the storms have passed, the Hall County area remains under a wind advisory, which could result in additional hazards, such as downed trees,” Hall County Administrator Zach Propes said. “We encourage all citizens to remain weather-aware and to check our website for facility updates.”
Unforeseen issues, such as a loss of power, could result in modified operations at single County facilities. Should an issue occur, Hall County Government will address the issue accordingly.
