UPDATE: Hall man wanted on 100+ counts of child sexual exploitation ARRESTED

UPDATE. 8:45 A.M. SATURDAY – A Hall County man wanted on more than 100 sexual exploitation of a minor charges and another 100+ related charges was arrested Friday night, according to jail records, less than 12 hours after the sheriff’s office appealed to the public for help in locating him.

According to information posted on the sheriff’s office’s Daily Bulletin for Saturday and its daily report on recent bookings at the jail, Blake Lawrence Collins, 32, was jailed about 11:00 Friday night and is being held without bond.

Collins, who lived on Walnut Grove Way, was wanted on 108 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, two for publishing two videos of CSAM across a peer-to-peer file sharing platform and 106 for
possession of videos of CSAM on two external hard drives found at his residence.

He was arrested at his home.

Investigators first became aware of Edwards’ online activity in March when he shared the
two CSAM videos. They executed search warrants for the residence on May 14, and seized
multiple electronic devices, including the two hard drives where the videos were
discovered. Edwards was not home at the time the warrants were executed.
There is no evidence any of the CSAM was created locally.

Edwards remains at large at this time. He is known to have ties to the Jacksonville, Florida,
area. Additional charges are possible pending continued forensic processing of the
electronic devices seized from Edwards’ Hall County residence…
