7-month search for Hall drug suspect ends

A Buford woman wanted on drug possession and trafficking charges in Hall County since the first of the year was arrested in Clarke County this week.

Angela Nichole Mosley, 42, was transported from the Clarke County Jail on Wednesday, and remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and trafficking methamphetamine.

“Warrants for Mosley were taken on January 26 following an investigation by Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) drug investigators,” sheriff’s office spokeswoman B.J. Williams said Thursday. “They had been called six days prior, on January 20, to a residence on Walnut Street in northwestern Hall County after a homeowner found suspected drugs in the house.” The homeowner had been renting her basement to Ms. Mosley and had evicted her. As she was clearing Mosley’s leftover possessions from the rented area, she discovered what she believed to be illegal narcotics and called 911.

Drug investigators seized a total of 347 grams of methamphetamine (estimated street value $34,700) as well as packaging materials and digital scales.

In addition to the drug charges, Mosley was charged with probation violation. She is also on a hold for federal agents.”
