A 256-unit residential development on JM Turk Road is scheduled to go before the Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC) next month.
The site in question is a 117-acre tract at Guth Road.
The applicant, Rashmiranjan Jyotiprakash, is asking that property be rezoned from Agricultural-Residential III (AR-III) to Planned Residential Development (PRD), and has two other applications scheduled to be heard at the same time.
Both are for a 4.8-acre tract at 2466 Old Fork Road. A five-lot single-family development is planned there. One is a rezoning request and the other a Subject to County Commission Approval request.
