Two Racing on Highways or Streets arrests and one each for Fleeing and Attempting to Elude, BUI, Aggravated Child Molestation, Escape and Removal of Electronic Location Device, and Exploitation of Elderly Person were among the arrests reported by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile three more BUIs were reported on Lake Lanier Friday, bringing the total for the holiday weekend to seven. The number of boating incidents and injuries remained the same – two and four, respectively. The only drowning in the state as of midnight Friday had occurred at Tybee Island.
Details on these are not likely to be available, however, until Monday when law enforcement offices reopen following the weekend.
