Other members of the committee which was formed by an executive order issued by Kemp Tuesday are Attorney General Chris Carr (who by law is an automatic appointee) and Morgan County Sheriff Robert Markley.

The committee has 30 days to send a report of its findings to Kemp, who then must decide whether, based on its recommendations, to suspend Nichols for up to 60 days. Georgia Code Title 15. Courts § 15-16-26 | FindLaw
