No one was seriously injured in a wreck about midnight Monday night on Georgia 365 at Lula Road.
GEORGIA STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“…The investigation revealed that vehicle 1, a Suzuki Vitara, was traveling south on Georgia 365 in the right lane and vehicle 2 was traveling east on Georgia 52 in the left turn lane.
The driver of vehicle 1, Eduardo Molina Rodriguez (18 YO of North Carolina), ran the red light and struck the vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 overturned after impact in the right lane of Georgia 365. A witness stated that driver 2, Lisa Weaver (51 YO of Lula) was turning left with a green light.
The only minor injuries were to driver 2. She was transported to NEGMC – Gainesville.
Driver 1 was cited for failure to obey traffic control devices.”
