985 chase ends in injuries; national recognition for JEMC; G’ville woman featured in Southern Living

*A Michigan woman was injured Saturday when her car wrecked during a chase with Hall County sheriff’s deputies. It happened on I-985 near Exit 20 when Makenna Steed lost control of the vehicle after it struck a spike strip placed in the road by law enforcement officers. The state patrol says she was injured when it left the road and overturned.
