The FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) North Georgia office building is the winner of this year’s Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Business Beautification Award.
The renovated building is just off the Gainesville square. The property, owned by Casey and Joshua Ryals, had stood vacant for nearly 15 years until they decided to remodel it.
The pair added a second story that includes a deck overlooking downtown. Another addition is a conference room that is available to various groups. The interior offices have “exposed brick and custom glass and steel walls.”
