Four non-profits serving Hall County are among those in the Jackson EMC (JEMC) service area benefiting from the latest round of grants from the electric co-op’s foundation.
They are Center Point ($15,000); Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation ($15,000); ConnectAbility ($10,000); and the Burn Foundation of America ($5,000). In addition, a senior citizen from Hall County was awarded an Individual Grant of $5,000 for concrete driveway and walkway repairs to “improve accessibility and safety.”
