An Atlanta-based developer, Vida Cos., is planning to build a 332-unit apartment complex across from the Mall of Georgia.
To be known as Carrena Apartments, the complex will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units and would be located just off I-85.
The property was purchased earlier this year for $3.8 million.
