Described as “rear load industrial warehouse distribution facilities,” an Alpharetta-based company plans two warehouses on Wade Orr Road in South Hall.
According to documents on file with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (GDCA), the site is bordered by I-985, Compass and Saturn drives, and Wade Orr Road, across from PetCare Animal Hospital.
One of the proposed buildings would be 226,800-square-feet and the other 346,410-square-feet. The site would be accessed from Wade Orr Road, according to the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) statement filed with the GDCA.
Developers hope to have the project finished by 2027.
