Dahlonega has been added to the list of hundreds of cities and towns around the country where protesters will gather Saturday to demonstrate against many of the Trump administration’s policies including the immigrant roundups and the use of federal troops in Los Angeles.

A Gainesville police spokesman said Friday there are no plans to close any streets during Saturday’s demonstration on the square.
