Three people, who allegedly used a juvenile as a lookout, have been charged with a burglary in Lula earlier this month.

HALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:

“Following an investigation by Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) property crimes investigators, three suspects have been arrested for a theft earlier this month at Lula Laundry Mat on Main Street in the city.

Terry Lynn Jones, 54, Chassidy Rena Bollinger, 47, and Joshua Brandon Wood, 34, are accused of stealing more than $2,300 in cash by breaking into a cash/change machine at the business on the evening of Saturday, Dec. 9. Jones and Bollinger have each been charged with felony counts of theft by taking and possession of tools for commission of a crime. In addition, they each face one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Both Jones and Bollinger were arrested Thursday, Dec. 28. Each is being held on bond of $9,950 at the Hall County Jail.

Wood, who was already in custody at the Hall County Jail following his arrest on Dec. 10 in a financial transaction card theft case, was charged Friday, Dec. 29, with felony theft by taking in connection with the Lula business crime.
