Forgery, serious accident, crimes against children arrests

*A 29-year-old man is facing charges that include two counts of Forgery in the 2nd Degree and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Other charges relate to license plates, falsifying VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possessing a weapon in the commission of a crime. He was booked into the Hall County Jail Saturday afternoon about 5:45. Bond has been set at $17,360.

*A 34-year-old man arrested Friday afternoon on charges that include Serious Injury by Vehicle was still in the jail at mid-morning Sunday. His bond is set at $1,820. Other charges include Reckless Driving, Operating a Vehicle with an Expired Tag, Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road, and not using his seat belt.

*Zachary Wayne Williamson, 19, of Braselton, was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred on April 11, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO). Williamson reportedly picked up a 14-year-old girl from her home in Hall County and transported her and a friend to the football stadium at Jefferson High School and left them there. The girl’s mother had called deputies to report the child had run away from home on the date of the incident. She was found that same night and returned home safe. Williamson faces a single misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

*34-year-old Jesus Flores-Vilchis has been charged by Forsyth County authorities with Child Molestation, three counts of Aggravated Child Molestation and three counts of Sodomy. His alleged victim is less than 10-years-old, according to the sheriff’s office. Flores-Vilchis is in the Forsyth County Jail on no bond.

Additional details on these arrests are not likely until Monday when law enforcement administrative offices open following the weekend.
