The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing April 22 on plans for a mini-warehouse/self-storage facility on a two-acre site on Friendship Road.
Yellow Lobster 888 GA 3, LLC, is seeking a “conditional use approval” form the tract at 7320 Friendship Road. The property is currently zoned General Commercial.
The applicant wants to construct a multi-story, 88,000-square-foot building next to Smiles and across from Biba’s Italian Restaurant.
“We have previously constructed the Publix Self-Storage on Friendship Springs Blvd.,” Yellow Lobster’s Joanne Liu wrote in the company’s Letter of Intent. “This facility will be similar to the Publix Self-Storage.
The site is near the Clearwater Plantation subdivision.
