There were several developments Tuesday night as family and friends continued searching for the 12-year-old Gainesville girl who disappeared last Thursday.

*A $1,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to her whereabouts.
*Her father issued a public appeal via social media.
*Family and friends who have been searching and pleading for help in finding Maria Gomez-Perez expanded their search into other counties – naming Habersham and Rabun as two of them. And they have scheduled a news conference Wednesday afternoon in Gainesville.

Earlier in the day, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) began distributing a new flyer titled “Missing/Endangered” and asking for information. Capt.
