The agenda for the Hall County Commission work session next week includes a return visit of a proposed rezoning for a 248-lot subdivision at Cagle Road and Cornelia Highway. This has already been before the commission but was tabled until this month.
Another subdivision rezoning request is on the table for 123 homes on 105 acres on Union Church Road at Old Mulberry Road.
And the commission is being asked to approve the award of a one-million-dollar contract to Allied Paving Contractors of Pendergrass for improvements to Whitehall Road at Healan’s Head’s Mill.
The commission meets at 3:00 at the government center.
