Plans for bank branch, office/warehouse, convenience store on HCPC agenda

In addition to that industrial park and 700-home development planned in the Chestnut Mountain area we told you about last week, there are a number of other requests on the agenda for the June 16 meeting of the Hall County Planning Commission. Among them:

  1. A new bank branch on Thompson Bridge Road near the intersection with Southers Road. It would be the Fifth Third Bank’s first Hall County location. It already has several branches scattered throughout metro Atlanta.
  2. Office/Warehouse. Winder Highway near the Howington Road intersection.
  3. Convenience store. Athens Highway at Baker Road.
  4. Repackaging of Processed Animal Products. Athens Highway at Barrett Road.
  5. Model homes and construction trailer. Friendship Circle at Friendship Place.
