Two people suffered minor injuries in a three-vehicle crash on Browns Bridge Road Sunday.
GA. STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“…Troopers responded to a collision involving three vehicles with road blockage on SR 369 (Browns Bridge Rd) and Smith Rd.
Upon arrival, the Trooper observed a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, driven by Fernando Molina, 63, of Gainesville; a 2020 Toyota Yaris, driven by Deborah Powell, 72 of Gainesville; and a 1991 Toyota Camry, driven by Pablo Garcia Pastor, 50 of Gainesville.
During the investigation, the Trooper determined Mr. Molina failed to yield after stopping at the stop sign on Smith Rd. As the Yaris traveled west on SR 369 (Browns Bridge Rd) the Caravan attempted to turn left in front of it causing a collision. Upon impact with the Caravan, the Yaris was then struck in the rear by the Camry.
Ms. Powell was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. The passenger in the Caravan, identified as Maricella Padilla Solis, 60 of Gainesville, was also transported for minor injuries.”
