A shooting early Sunday ended with no injuries to three people who were shot at, a 55-year-old woman and two teenagers, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“At approximately 5 a.m. on Sunday…Hall County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call about an assault in progress on Smith Street. Some deputies continued to the residence, while others met with the victims, who had driven to a safe location.
According to the preliminary investigation, one of the female victims, 36, was at the suspect’s home in the 2500 block of Smith Street. She wanted to leave and made a call to a family member. The female family member, 55, along with two male family members, 17 and 19, rode together to the residence to pick up the victim.
When they were all in the SUV, the suspect, Pablo Rodriguez Mosqueda, 49, came around the house holding a handgun. The victims drove away, and Mosquedo fired the handgun in their direction. No one suffered injuries.
Deputies obtained arrest warrants for Mosqueda and arrested him at the home. He is charged with four counts of aggravated assault (felony). Mosqueda is being held in the Hall County Jail without bond.
The incident remains under investigation.”
