Porchse Miller with the Black Lives Matter Grassroots Atlanta who’s also working with the Freedom Riders telling Atlanta News First this movement is stopping in key Southern cities to highlight Trump’s orders for mass deportations. The group’s name is derived from the 1961 Freedom Rides, where activists took bus rides through the South to protest segregated bus terminals.
