Multi-family, mixed-use subdivision planned on Hog Mountain Road

The Flowery Branch City Council (FBCC) is scheduled to hear an annexation and rezoning request for property at 4560 Hog Mountain Road at a meeting April 3 but the agenda for the meeting is no more specific than that.

The applicant wishes to have the property, if it is annexed, zoned to Flowery Branch Mixed-Use. It’s now in the county and the current zoning is Hall County Agricultural (A).

At the same meeting, a hearing is planned on a request for a Preliminary Plat and a proposed townhome subdivision for 5465 & 5475 East Main Street.
