Gainesville’s Humane Society of Northeast Georgia may not be home to a dog named Boo, but it is home to one named Blue. And Blue is the center of attention of a recent article published in Newsweek magazine.
The article focuses on a video of how Blue’s demeanor changes after arriving back at the HSNEGA shelter after an outing on the Gainesville square.
