Here we go again…

Two days after the latest round of stormy weather, brace yourself: Another is likely Thursday.

“Storms should be more numerous on Thursday and damaging winds will be the main concern,” according to a social media posting by the National Weather Service (NWS) Peachtree City Office, although large hail and tornadoes cannot be ruled out.

Regarding the storms earlier this week, the NWS has finished its surveys of damage and has determined that Carroll and Chattooga counties were struck by EF0 tornadoes and the damage in Coweta and Gordon counties was caused by EF1 twisters.
