A Dahlonega man has been arrested by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) in connection with the sexual assault of a teenage girl.
According to the investigation to date, William Trejo-Guitterez, 28, had sexual intercourse with the victim, a girl under the age of 16. He also performed an act of sodomy on the child. HCSO investigators determined the offenses occurred between Jan. 1 and May 8 at a residence in northwestern Hall County. The suspect and the victim are known to one another.
Trejo-Guitterez was arrested Saturday on felony charges of child molestation and aggravated child molestation. He remained in the Hall County Jail early Monday afternoon with no bond.
