Hall Co. Animal Shelter receives $40k investment from Petco

The Hall County Animal Shelter recently received a $40,000 investment from national nonprofit organization Petco Love.

“Petco Love has significantly impacted the Hall County Animal Shelter throughout the last several years, and we are grateful for their continued partnership to help save pet lives and make a difference for pets in the Hall County community,” Shelter Manager Stephanie Maloch said.

“Our investment in the Hall County Animal Shelter is part of more than $12 million in investments recently announced by Petco Love to power local organizations across the country as part of our commitment to create a future in which no pet is unnecessarily euthanized,” President of Petco Love Susanne Kogut said.

Since its founding in 1999, Petco Love has invested nearly $410 million in adoption and other lifesaving efforts. Petco Love helps find homes for pets in partnership with Petco and more than 4,000 organizations — like the Hall County Animal Shelter — across North America, with nearly 7 million pets adopted and counting.
