GEORGIA STATE PATROL (GSP) NARRATIVE:
“(Saturday night about 7:45) a Trooper was patrolling on State Route 11 (Cleveland Highway) near Briarwood Drive in Hall County.
The Trooper observed three motorcycles utilizing the continuous turning lane to pass traffic. He attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the motorcycles. The drivers of the motorcycles failed to stop, increased their speed, and initiated a pursuit northbound on State Route 11.
The drivers of the motorcycles began passing cars and operating in a reckless manner. After a short distance, one of the motorcycle drivers, Aaron Cieslukowski, age 44, of Oakwood, surrendered and pulled over (and was) was taken into custody without further incident.
Charges include Felony Fleeing, DUI, Reckless Driving, Speeding, and Passing in a No Passing Zone.”
