Drug trafficking/distribution; Possession of a dangerous weapon; Fleeing/attempting to elude

*A 34-year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning at MLK Boulevard and E.E. Butler Parkway on charges that include distribution of marijuana. He’s also facing several traffic-related charges, including DUI, improper turns, speeding, and failure to yield. At last check, he was being held in the Hall County Jail without bond.

A 25-year-old man is facing similar charges. He was arrested Friday afternoon about 4:00. His drug charges relate to the intent to distribute, sell or manufacture marijuana and cocaine. He’s also facing drug possession and probation violation charges.

*A 46-year-old man is in custody in Gainesville after being arrested Friday afternoon on a number of charges including firing a gun while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of a shotgun/machine gun/silencer/dangerous weapon. Other charges include criminal use of an article with an altered ID mark, discharging a firearm on the property of another, and criminal trespass. The arrest occurred on Keith Circle about 3:00. The suspect is being held in the Hall County Jail on bonds totaling $14,400.

*An arrest late Thursday night that was reported Saturday morning left a 25-year-old man in jail on charges that include fleeing and attempting to elude. Other charges include altered serial number on engine, theft by receiving, license plate violation in an attempt of conceal vehicle ID, and a several traffic violations. He was still in jail, without bond, Sunday morning.
