(GA. NEWS NETWORK) – Democrats are fighting against Georgia’s Secretary of State on a decision to allow two candidates on the presidential ballot. Brad Raffensperger ruled last week that independent Cornel West and socialist Claudia de la Cruz could stay on the ballot. The Democratic Party has since filed an appeal, claiming that a judge ruled they shouldn’t be allowed because they improperly submitted petition signatures.
