Broncos Go 1-1; Falcons 0-2 After Second Week of Region Play

In a game played on Saturday, which was originally postponed due to concerns posed by Hurricane Helene, the East Forsyth Broncos defeated the Flowery Branch Falcons 14-10, in the second region 8-AAAA game for both teams.

The game was a hard-fought battle, with the Broncos scoring a touchdown in both the second and fourth quarters for a total of 14 points to win the game, while the Falcons scored one touchdown and one field goal for a total of ten points, both in the third quarter.

Flowery Branch has the week off before taking on the Madison County Red Raiders on October 11th, while the East Forsyth Broncos head back home Friday to take on the Cedar Shoals Jaguars.
