BOLO: Sardis area porch pirate

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating a porch pirate that investigators have been searching for for a couple of weeks.

“Hall County Sheriffโ€™s Office Investigators hope you can identify the thief in the photo who stole a package from a porch in the Sardis area on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 20. The male suspect took the package at approximately 2:30 p.m. from the home in the 2000 block of Allison Road. Investigators believe the man was on foot.

With the holiday season upon us, many law enforcement agencies and other groups have been offering tips on how to protect your home from such thieves while noting that there’s always an uptick in porch thefts this time of year.
