One person was arrested by Barrow County sheriff’s investigators about noon Sunday and charged with attempting to start a fire in the Target store in Bethlehem.
The suspect’s name had not been released Sunday night and there was no word on a possible motive for his actions. He was taken into custody shortly after deputies arrived at the store.
The first order of business for the officers, though, was to help with the evacuation of the store. And the sheriff’s office said everyone – employees and customers – made it out safely.
