A 432-unit mixture of housing units is planned for a 155-acre site in South Hall.
According to a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) filing with the state Department of Community Affairs (DCA), The Crossing at Flowery Branch would be located at 4381 Hog Mountain Road. It’s planned to consist of 296 single-family homes and 136 attached townhomes. DRI Initial Information Form
That works out to a density of 2.78 units per acre. There are two proposed entrances, both from Hog Mountain Road.
Grand Communities, LLC, of Erlanger, Kentucky has submitted a request for annexation and rezoning to Flowery Branch, according to the documents submitted to DCA, which also project a build-out by the end of 2030.
