Thursday’s agenda for the Flowery Branch City Council (FBCC) meeting includes applications for three housing developments totaling 426 units.
Most of them – 295 apartments – are planned for 4560 Hog Mountain Road. Another 116, all townhomes, are proposed for 16 acres at 4651 and 4665 Hog Mountain Road. And 15 attached townhomes are planned in the 5900 block of Lights Ferry Road. All of the applicants are seeking annexation and/or rezoning.
Also on the agenda: A public hearing on the FY2026 proposed budget and consideration of a resolution setting the 2025 tax year estimated rollback millage rate.
In addition, the council will be asked to consider an Intergovernmental Agreement for SPLOST IX between Hall County and Flowery Branch and the other municipalities in the county.
