The Hall County Planning Commission (HCPC) is again being asked to consider a 300+-lot housing development in East Hall along with an industrial component. The requests were tabled twice last year.
When it goes before the planning board this time, scheduled for Monday, the applicant will be asking that 131 acres be rezoned to allow for a 323-unit residential development at Cagle Mill Road and Noah Martin Drive. Also on the agenda, a rezoning near that same location that would clear the way for unspecified “industrial uses” on eleven acres.
Planners will also be faced with requests for agri-entertainment venues near the intersections of Chestatee Road and North River Road and Lawson Road and Britt Whitmire Road.
